Hello. Welcome to INA, a weekly resource to remind us that even though we are physically distant, we are connected in community. This collaborative resource includes worship, wellbeing tips, music and poetry. Today we focus on solidarity, and how we stand together united, despite our differences.

'After this, I looked; and there before me was a huge crowd, too large for anyone to count, from every nation, tribe, people and language. They were standing in front of the throne and in front of the Lamb, dressed in white robes and holding palm branches in their hands; and they shouted, “Victory to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!.
Revelation 7:9-10 (CJB)
Right now, we live in a world where this is far from a reality. But as we're told in Psalm 33:11,
'His destiny-plan for the earth stands sure. His forever-plan remains in place and will never fail.'
Let us dare to have faith that one day, God's plan will come to pass. Let us live lives that reflect his heart; Lives full of love, tenderness, compassion and mercy. Let us learn to love our enemies, and be kind to one another, knowing that God's plan will succeed in the end.
The 'Our Father' Jesus taught his disciples over 2000 years ago, is prayed all over the globe, and crosses language, culture and denominations. Let us join with Christians worldwide, and may this prayer become a reality in our life.
Wellbeing - Mrs Morris' Mental Health Top Tips
Following the death of George Floyd and subsequent events, these tips may be helpful:
1. Accept how you feel; it's okay to be angry and confused.
2. It's helpful to express your thoughts and feelings through writing or drawings.
3. Take the time to talk about your feelings to someone with whom you feel comfortable or trust.
Remember that exercise is really key to helping us with our wellbeing and mental health, check out @SMRTPE on instagram for their daily workout.
